Job Summary
Support sales and operations by managing accounts receivable, inventory control, and invoicing processes while coordinating with staff and assisting auditors during audits.
Responsibilities
- Communicate bilingually to support sales and operations teams effectively
- Manage accounts receivable by processing orders and preparing accurate invoices
- Control inventory by tracking stock levels and coordinating with staff to ensure materials are available for job completion
- Liaise with operations and servicing staff to verify completed jobs on site and ensure timely invoicing
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices for customer deliveries and subcontractor self-collections
- Assist auditors during accounts receivable and inventory audits by providing required documentation and explanations
- Work overtime as needed to meet operational deadlines and support team efforts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of Odoo accounting software to support accounting and inventory tasks
