Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost estimation and future tender exercise.
• Assist prepare and analyze the cost comparison together with Senior QS.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and administer tender documents and doing costing summary and price comparison.
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
• Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines.
• Perform all other QS-related jobs.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in main construction companies
• Experience in HDB contracts an advantage
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager, plan and advise management on accident prevention, safe work methods, legal requirements affecting safety and health.
• Conduct safety committee meetings and safety audits.
• Establish quality safety management policies and procedures.
• To investigate accidents if any, identify causes and take necessary actions to prevent similar accidents in future.
• Supervise workers in providing Environmental measures and Conducts job hazard analysis to determine safe working practices and engineering controls.
• Supervisor and coordinate and advise various project team members on environmental requirements for Earth Spillages, water pollution, noise pollution, proper waste management and disposal and prevention of silt build up, mosquito and pest control etc.
• Lead daily Toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at worksite so to prevent workplace accidents.
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates, and reports in accordance with WSH legislation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Manager / Superior.

Requirements:

• A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
• Must be a MOM registered as a WSHO
• Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures in Construction Industry of HDB project.
• Good communication skills
• Min 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry, preferably in HDB Project
• With FSM certificate &/or HDB Project experience will be an advantage
• Must have professional knowledge in law and regulations of Environment Acts
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of M&E works to meet the project schesdule according to site request.
• Ensure all the M&E installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented on site and works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
• Arrange and attend site inspection with Resident Engineer (RE) / Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
• Liaise and Coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 3 years' relevant experience in (HDB) Building Construction Industry
• HDB Project experience will be an advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Roles & Responsibilities

• Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects or any other assigned construction projects.
• Plan and launch public relation programs such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
• Conduct survey on condition of flats
• Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely
• Handle queries and feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
• Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting.
• Maintain good rapport and positive relation with the residents.
• Work together with the team to complete assigned tasks
• On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements:

• Customer service orientated, possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
• Team player, diligent and willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate, with customer service experience preferred.
• Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language preferably.
• Able to work full shift on Saturdays
