Job Summary

You will install electrical components and wire connections according to schematics to ensure secure and proper terminations. You will study drawings to determine work requirements, perform site work and field services, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company ISO standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install electrical components and wire connections according to schematics to achieve proper terminations and secure wiring.
• Study drawings or specifications to determine precise work requirements and plan tasks accordingly.
• Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and electrical codes to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and report any issues or deviations from specifications promptly to maintain quality standards.
• Perform site work and field services as required to support project completion and maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with the company’s ISO standards and guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support team and project needs.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to perform power cable and control cable wiring.
• Relevant experience in electrical fitting, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards.
• Ability to use electrical measuring and testing instruments.

Job Summary

You will conduct quality assurance and testing on electrical switchboard panels to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with operations and project teams to plan and execute quality checks, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with customers and consultants during testing phases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead quality inspections of switchboard panel assembly and wiring to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Prepare detailed QC Test Reports following testing and commissioning of panels to document outcomes and compliance.
• Analyze and interpret calibration reports to validate testing equipment accuracy and suitability for continued use.
• Collaborate with Operation and Project Teams to plan and schedule quality checks and testing activities.
• Provide technical advice on assembly and wiring drawings to support accurate panel construction.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (F.A.T.) and Site Acceptance Testing (S.A.T.) on panels and generate comprehensive reports.
• Communicate clearly with customers and consultants to address queries and provide updates during testing processes.
• Conduct thermal scanning inspections on electrical equipment and control panels to identify potential issues.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer

1. Proficient in operating testing equipment including:

• Micrologic Test Kit – Schneider
• Primary Injection Kit – Techno, Sudarsan, Megger100
• Secondary Injection Kit – Sudarsan, Omicron CMC256
• Insulation Resistance Tester – Megger, Kyoritsu, Fluke
• Advanced Earth Ground Tester – Fluke
  

2.  Has prior experience in:

• Experienced in using AutoCAD for Single Line Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematics
• Skilled in testing and commissioning of LT Electrical Switchboards including EMSB, MSB, SB, DB, and Control Panels

3.   Able to conduct Thermal Scanning for inspection of electrical equipment and control panels.

Job Summary

Fourway Engineering Pte Ltd is an ISO certified company specializing in the design and manufacturing of Electrical Switchboards, Smart Panels, ACMV-Panels, LCP, and customized empty metal enclosures. We are seeking an experienced Junior Drafter to contribute to our engineering team by producing precise CAD drawings and supporting design documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design or redesign electrical layouts and drawings based on written or verbal specifications from supervisor to meet project requirements.
• Produce detailed CAD drawings and engineering designs adhering to industry, departmental, and discipline standards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reference information necessary for comprehensive drawing development.
• Revise and update CAD drawings promptly to reflect design changes and maintain current documentation.
• Compile and organize design documents for submission to clients or consultants to facilitate feedback and approval processes.
• Maintain thorough records of the design process in compliance with sound design practices and ISO certification requirements.
• Ensure all designs comply with required safety standards and technical specifications to uphold quality and regulatory adherence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITE holder in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Draftsman
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentation purposes.
• Proficient in using 2D AutoCAD software to produce and revise engineering drawings.
• Skilled in applying electrical engineering knowledge to interpret and create electrical symbols, circuit diagrams, power distribution layouts, control circuits, and wiring standards.
• Experience in drafting for Electrical Switchboards and Control Panels to support manufacturing and design accuracy.
