- Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries to provide timely and accurate information to patients
- Coordinate patient registration to ensure accurate and complete patient records
- Dispense medication under supervision following clinic protocols
- Collect cash payments and manage inventory to maintain clinic supplies
- Manage patient queue to optimize clinic flow and reduce waiting times
- Provide customer service and support patient administration tasks to enhance patient experience
- Measure patients’ vital signs including height, weight, and blood pressure accurately for clinical records
- Enter patients’ vital sign data into the computer system and verify CHAS and Medisave balances for billing purposes
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain punctuality, honesty, dependability, and teamwork in daily clinic operations
- Work daily from Monday to Saturday mornings, with Sunday and public holidays off, adhering to clinic hours and uniform requirements
- Full time - 44 hours work week
