Responsibilities

The IT Enablement Engineer plays a hands-on technical role that requires close collaboration with multiple KRI data owners. 

The role involves understanding each source system, how KRIs are collected and calculated, and identifying approaches to automate the extraction of KRI metrics through system integration and data engineering techniques.

The engineer is responsible for designing and building end-to-end ETL data pipelines and enhancing the existing Power BI dashboard to present consolidated KRI metrics effectively.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Enterprise Management Information Platform project. 

The individual will also take on additional tasks including automation initiatives in IT Operations, DevSecOps, observability, and related domains.

Key Requirements

· At least 7 years of hands-on experience

Technical Skills:

We are seeking an experienced L3 Oracle Database Administrator with deep expertise in Exadata, RAC, ASM, Dataguard, and advanced performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have strong production support experience in large, mission-critical environments and the ability to manage high-performance and high-capacity databases. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide L3 support for Oracle databases running on Exadata, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and reliability.

· Manage and administer Oracle RAC, ASM, Clusterware (GRID Infrastructure), and Dataguard environments.

· Perform Exadata health checks, resource management, patching, upgrades, and platform migrations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues (Break/Fix) in a critical production environment.

· Perform database performance tuning at both SQL and instance/database levels.

· Execute backup, recovery, and migration tasks using RMAN, Datapump, and Export/Import utilities.

· Use Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Grid Control for database monitoring, diagnostics, and maintenance.

· Support operating environments across Solaris, Linux, and AIX, including advanced shell scripting.

· Collaborate with development teams to analyze and resolve database related issues.

· Ensure compliance with Change/Release Management processes (ITIL-based).

· Work collaboratively with global and offshore teams, demonstrating strong ownership and initiative.

Required Skills & Experience

· 10–12 years of production support experience as an Oracle DBA.

· At least 6 years of strong hands-on experience with Exadata (RAC, ASM, Dataguard, Infiniband, storage cells).

· Proven experience managing high-performance, high-capacity databases in critical, large-scale environments.

· Strong expertise in Oracle 11gR1/R2 RAC setup, administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

· Proficient in Clusterware/GRID Infrastructure including CRS configuration and management.

· Expertise in SQL tuning, instance-level tuning, and overall optimization.

· Deep knowledge of backup and recovery strategies and tools, particularly RMAN.

· Hands-on experience with OEM Grid Control.

· Strong skills in Solaris, Linux, and AIX, along with advanced shell scripting.

· Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical abilities.

· Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills.

· Experience working with offshore vendors and in large corporate environments.

· Familiarity with ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certification preferred).

· Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and teamwork.

At least 7-8 years experience in Adobe Experience Management product handling AEM development role. Strong Java programming foundation and hands on workflows, OSGI Service, Sling servlet, Sling Jobs, REST, JSON, SOAP based architecture.

Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must Deep understanding of AEM's security along with its Access Controls

Must have worked on AEM 6.5+ or newer versions with good experience in both AEM sites and assets projects plus hand-on with AEM as a Cloud experience is required.

Strong working experience in building Templates/Components/Sightly / Sling models/ Content fragments/ Experience fragments. Experience in exposure of authored content via Content fragment and JSON exporter APIs is desirable.

Understanding FE code for html to sightly mapping, good with JavaScript, and CSS understanding is a must have.

Understanding of core AEM components such as oak, sling and dispatcher, dispatcher filter rules etc.

Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution using Junit5 and building tools such as Maven

Experience with working in Azure DevOps, GitHub, GIT commands and experience with working with a larger team with and have minimal code conflicts.

Experience building large scale web applications integrating with various backend services.

Work with project managers and Product owners, project/country stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.

Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, FE, PO and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the task at hand and involve in discovery sessions etc.

Good communication skills and ready to work with stakeholders from different countries & geographies and document and understand core technical processes.

Good to have:

Other CMS experiences like WordPress CMS will be an added advantage.

Ready to adapt to new ways of working and flexible to shift to projects with ease.

Understanding of other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions like like Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics.

Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager developer/lead developer or architect certification
