Job Responsibility

• Strategize and Plan Daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various locations as necessary.
• Work closely with retailer/store personal to ensure on-shelf stock replenishment and planogram compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing team to set up promotional displays.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, stock level and any issues or opportunities identified.
• Monitor and report on the competitive environment of our products.
• Assist in food sampling/ roadshows and in-store activations where needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Experience in Supermarket Retail
• Build and manage good relationships with Store ICs
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of products to stores; may include adhoc orders/deliveries.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role can be a plus.
• Applicants with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate can be a plus.
• Ensuring all aspects of the roadshow are covered and executed smoothly.
• Ability to work well with a diverse team and manage various personalities.
• Willingness and ability to travel island wide on short notice.
• 5 day work week, able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
• Flexible schedule with working hours that follow a roster.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service to the public:
• Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.
• Receives and processes order requests.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
• Making outbound calls to solicit Sales orders.
• Assists customers requesting documentations.
• Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
• Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.
• Miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience;
• Proven customer support experience;
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts;
• Preferably with experience in Retails or F&B industries;
• Team player with positive work attitude;
• Highly independent and organized;
• Team player with positive work attitude;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
• Takes pride in providing excellent customer service;
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Tech savvy, proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office.
