We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Skincare Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, you will educate and empower clients to achieve their skincare goals while promoting brand awareness and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk our clients on their skincare journey programs and advise products with ingredients suitable for their skin
• Share market knowledge on the latest trends, products and services in the skincare & beauty industry
• Build knowledge and data of skincare ingredients
• Plan out each client’s skincare and makeup journey
• Build good client relationships and long term engagement with our clients
• Assist clients in understand their skin better with skincare ingredients through 1-1 consultations
• Create skincare database in BeFound’s skincare library
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to an extended journey with client

Qualifications:

• Passionate about skincare and is inquisitive about skincare ingredients
• Experience in a customer relations role is a bonus
• Experience in the skincare & beauty industry is a bonus
• A problem solver, quick witted and a team player
• Relevant degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical is highly preferred
• Able to work on rotating weeks (Mondays to Saturdays, Tuesdays to Saturdays)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Skin Analysis Operations Specialist (Remote) to enhance the performance and efficiency of our Skin Analysis team. This role involves supporting client interactions, developing technical skills for analysts, and driving innovation in our product offerings and skincare logic systems. The ideal candidate will combine critical thinking, a strong skincare background.

This is a work-from-home position, and you will thrive in our start-up environment where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will work closely with a passionate and creative team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values innovation and hands-on contributions.

What You Will Do:

Client Support & Analysis:

• Assist in managing chat-based client communications to provide timely and accurate skin solutions.

• Support Skin Analysts (SAs) in critical thinking and analysis for tailored skincare routines and recommendations.

• Participate in consultations virtually as needed to gain deeper insights into specific client profiles and unique skin concerns.

Product & Resource Expansion:

• Research and source new products to expand the Befound Bshop product library.

• Build and maintain a robust skincare logic map and the Befound skincare Incidecoder, streamlining product recommendations based on ingredients and efficacy.

Operational Innovation:

• Continuous improvements to refine systems and processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of skin analysis operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced tools and resources into the skin analysis workflow.

What You Will Bring:

• Passionate about skincare and is inquisitive about skincare ingredients

• Strong background in skincare, dermatology, or a pharmaceutical field 

• Familiarity with skincare product ingredients, formulations, and their applications.

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
