3. 經銷商和代理商管理

• 定期與分銷商和代理商舉行會議，以維持牢固的合作關係。
• 設定銷售目標，追蹤進度，並支持代理商達成目標
• 向經銷商/代理商員工提供產品培訓並分享促銷策略
• 評估分銷商績效並制定改進行動計劃
• 識別、評估並引進新的經銷商和代理商合作夥伴

4. 銷售推廣及店內執行

• 制定並向零售合作夥伴展示店內陳列概念、貨架佈局和區域劃分方案。
• 執行並維護商品陳列圖、貨架擺放及商品陳列標準
• 負責店內促銷物料及宣傳資料的製作、擺放及維護。
• 為零售合作夥伴員工進行產品展示和培訓。
• 策劃並執行店內行銷活動和促銷活動

5. 報告與內部協調

• 定期向國家代表提交銷售報告和市場簡報。
• 與國家代表和後台部門協調定價、庫存和產品事宜。
• 維護每日/每週銷售活動記錄和客戶關係管理 (CRM) 管道資訊
• 與後台部門溝通訂單處理和帳單結算事宜

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth in the Muar & Segamat areas by identifying new business opportunities, expanding customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
