• Assist with processing applications during the admissions cycle.
• Coordinate and track document submissions from applicants.
• Manage incoming queries via role-based email accounts.
• Redirect enquiries to relevant staff when necessary.
• Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager or team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience may be considered.
• Prior administrative experience in an academic environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organisational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
