【仕事内容】
PSは、コンサルティング案件の提案と遂行、提供サービスの拡充、セールスやマーケティングチームと協力してプロモーションの仕組みや施策の立案と実行を行います。

例えば、自社で運営する輸送サービスの車両にトラッカーを取り付け、位置情報や燃費などを管理することで運用効率を最大化したい、というお客様のプロジェクトがあります。こうした案件では、まず営業やソリューションアーキテクトとともに要件を整理し、その後のPoCやプロトタイピングをPSが担います。整理した情報に基づき、GPSトラッカーデバイスの調達・設定や、必要に応じて開発ボードを用いた試作を行います。あわせて、クラウド側ではAmazon Kinesis Streams、AWS Lambda、Amazon DynamoDBなどを活用した設計を行い、GPSデータの蓄積や可視化アプリケーションの実装をお客様とともに進めます。

• Meeting Leadership: Manage and chair BIM Coordination and Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings to drive collaborative problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of coordination between the Client, Consultants, and Sub-contractors to align project objectives.
• Quality Control: Audit and control 3D models to ensure they strictly adhere to Project BIM requirements and organizational standards.
• BIM Strategy: Maintain and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Controls (4D/5D): Develop and manage construction models for 5D quantification (Cost) and 4D simulation (Scheduling) to support project management.

Requirements

• Education: Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Architectural/ C&S/ MEP BIM-related projects.
• BIM Certificate: BIM/VDC/ IDD Diploma or Equivalent Certificate  
• Digital Delivery Management: Tier 2 or 3
• Technical Proficiency:

i. Expert Knowledge: Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.

ii. Specialized Tools: Proficient in Solibri, Revizto, andAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• Competencies: Strong understanding of local BIM standards, excellent communication skills for chairing meetings, and a deep knowledge of construction sequences.

• Manage the day-to-day business operations of grooming centre
• Ensure pet grooming equipment are well maintained
• Perform pet grooming based on the best practices and customers’ needs
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the grooming centre
• Ensure safety of pets throughout the grooming process
• Able to handle dogs of all breeds & size

We are currently partnering with a leading financial institution to hire a PDC Manager to support KYC and client onboarding activities, with a focus on FI and Corporate clients, including Dubai-based clients (booking in Singapore).

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and verification of FI & Corporate clients
• Perform quality assurance (QA) on KYC files processed offshore (KL)
• Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and local controls
• Act as a bridge between Compliance and KYC teams
• Provide support on regulatory and process improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in KYC / Client Onboarding
• Strong exposure to QA / file review / quality control
• Excellent procedural writing (SOPs / policies) skills
• Experience with FI / Corporate clients
• Ability to work in a supporting, non-senior role within a team

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Dow Jones / Factiva
• Experience with 6i QA framework
