• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA) are advantageous

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles, preferably within FMCG or consumer-driven environments

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Power BI or similar)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders

• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
