Cloud & Platform Support

• Support applications hosted on cloud platforms, including troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues

• Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise content management platforms
• Resolve issues related to content delivery, caching, and publishing processes

System & Integration Troubleshooting

• Investigate issues across APIs, backend services, and system integrations

Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance

Security & Compliance Support

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience supporting cloud-based applications (Azure preferred)
• Experience with web applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g. AEM or similar)
• Basic knowledge of database querying (SQL)

Support & Operations

• Strong experience in application / production support (L2/L3)
• Proven ability in incident management and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
