Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of integrity and discipline
• Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and best practice

Purpose

This role leads HR digital transformation initiatives, oversees HR systems (particularly Odoo HRMS), and drives data analytics, process optimisation, and talent acquisition strategies.

Nature & Scope

The role is responsible for driving technology adoption, improving HR processes through automation and data analytics, and ensuring the effective utilisation of HR systems. It also manages the Talent Acquisition function, including recruitment strategy, employer branding, and hiring processes to attract and secure quality talent. In addition, the role supports onboarding, employee engagement activities, and office administration when required.

Principal Accountabilities

HR Digital Transformation

• Lead the implementation and optimisation of Odoo HRMS

• Drive automation and digitalisation of HR processes

• Act as the system owner for HR technology platforms

HR Processes & Workflow

• Design and streamline HR workflows

• Ensure standardisation and efficiency across HR functions

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics)

• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making

Talent Acquisition

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process

• Improve hiring efficiency and strengthen employer branding

Change Management

• Drive adoption of HR systems and digital tools

• Train and support stakeholders on new systems and processes

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5–8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR technology and systems

• Experience in HRMS implementation, preferably Odoo

• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
