DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 

• Manage, mentor and coach the Customer Service team(all branches) with the team lead and other team members to achieve quality and productivity for optimal customer experience

• Continuously train and upskill existing and new Customer Service team, management team, stylists,and hair assistants to provide actionable feedback with meaningful career progression in the team.

• Recruit and structure the Customer Service team to ensure proper manpower support and thoughtful people’s management for sustainable development of the team

We are looking for a reliable and innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in ensuring quality service, profitability, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. Candidate must be very personable who is well capable of running a fast-paced operation doing 2-3 turns for each meal period while building long lasting relationships. They must have a stable experience of minimum 2 years in all their past roles as we are building a team for the long run.
