Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the works of junior AR executives. 

• Prepare sales invoices and intercompany billings. 

• Lead the yearly Sales Audit for all restaurant locations. 

• Liaise with landlords and Marketing on sales promotions and programs.  

• Monitor and follow up on the customers’ outstanding invoices. 

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and monthly ledger reviews as well as handle month-end closing. 

• Ensure monthly schedules are prepare and updated for supervisor’s review. 

• Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.  

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Professional Certificate in Accounting.

• At least 3 years of accounting and supervisory experience.

• Prior working experience in F&B or Retail industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Able to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful.

• Capable of liaising with customers, restaurant managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Main Roles and Responsibilities 

In this pivotal role within the General Administration function, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of administrative and procurement services across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient frontline services, financial processes, and administrative coordination, contributing to a well-organised and responsive operational environment.

The key responsibilities of the incumbent include managing the reception counter and handling public telephone and walk-in enquiries, while maintaining the overall upkeep of the reception area. You will support procurement and vendor management processes, including preparing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Payment Vouchers, processing invoices, tracking approvals, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. You will also oversee mail and courier operations, ensuring timely sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence across campuses.

In addition, you will coordinate hotel accommodation arrangements for guests and artists-in-residence, including rate negotiations and payment processing, and manage administrative duties such as name card printing and preparation of payment vouchers for utilities, subscriptions, and services. You will support vendor performance tracking and undertake other ad-hocresponsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to ensure the overall effectiveness of the Finance and administrative functions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• You should possess minimally a Diploma in Business Admin, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, with experience in accounting software considered an added advantage.
