Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Automation Engineer (Robotics / Process) to join our team. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Automation Framework Development
   Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for software and hardware testing, process automation, and data integration.

2. Collaboration
   Work with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

3. Documentation
   Write and maintain efficient, reusable documentation for automated tasks and prepare test cases.

4. Efficiency Improvement
   Identify areas where automation can improve operational efficiency and minimize manual intervention.

5. System Maintenance
   Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems, applying necessary updates and enhancements.

6. Industry Awareness
   Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

7. Technical Support
   Provide training and technical support to team members on automation tools and best practices.

8. Process Documentation
   Record automation processes, test cases, and results for reference and audit purposes.

9. Project Coordination
   Coordinate meetings with business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience in automation engineering, with a focus on robotics and process automation.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, VBA, and relevant programming languages.

• Development Practices: Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) practices.

• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

• Certifications (Preferred): Certification in automation or related fields.

• Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in logistics or manufacturing.
