• Steam Engineer Grade 1 or 2.
• Prefer to have Managing WAH cert, Confined Space cert and other safety related cert.
• Able to work in 12-hours shift

The Process Engineer is task to support engineering activities required in existing product sustainment, new product introduction, and process improvement to support current and long term needs of Optics operations. 

Productivity improvement is our strategic initiative to reduce overreliance on labor-based manufacturing processes. Be part of the Engineering Team supporting the developing and deploying productivity projects to automate optics manufacturing processes.

This position reports to the Senior Advanced Engineering Manager and is part of the Optics Engineering team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive product and process sustainment performance
  Lead First Pass Yield improvement initiatives by analyzing defect, reject, and scrap data, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality performance and reduce manufacturing cost.

• Support customer quality and engineering governance activities
  Participate in customer quality improvement efforts, Engineering Change (EC), and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, ensuring timely root cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Improve manufacturing efficiency through process optimization, digitalization and automation
  Collaborate closely with Production to implement process improvements, including standardization, automation, and digital or data‑driven solutions, to enhance productivity, process stability, and product quality.

The essential requirements of the job include:
