• Maintain and enhance quotation databases, costing models, Power BI dashboards, and KPI tracking reports.

• Support automation, digitalisation, and data structure improvement initiatives to improve quotation efficiency and data accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

• Participate in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process optimization initiatives.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the management team to support the overall goals and objectives of the Product Management department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.

Required Skills & Abilities:

•  5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or 2 years of experience in quotations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office required

• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI and SAP) and knowledge in optics is advantageous.

Job Description

• Reports Project Manager
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Recognized degree by PE board or BCA)
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
