Job Purpose

The Senior / Service Advisor, Claims is responsible for managing and administering motor insurance claims efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution, cost control, and a high standard of customer service while complying with internal policies and authority limits.

Responsibilities

Claims Management

• Analyse, process, and manage motor insurance claims within established turnaround times.

• Provide guidance to taxi partners on accident-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding.

Operational Support

• Create and process accident reports statement and sketch submission for Taxi, SPRAC, SPPH&L, and external customers via systems.
• Create eBao records for Income Accident reporting cases in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Coordinate replacement taxi arrangements following accidents where required.
• Review and analyse video footage and other supporting evidence to assist in accident assessment and claims decisions.
• Perform claims administration duties in alignment with assigned system access and data protection requirements.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all claims handling activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all claims handled.

Title : Centre Operation Executive 

Location: Yishun Outlet (with weekly visits to Hougang/Midtown & Khatib)

Working days: 5 day work week, including 1 weekend (Tues - Sun or Mon - Sat)

Weekday Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:30PM (to cover afternoon/evening classes)

Weekend Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 weekend day required)

Salary: $2000 - $2500

Job summary:

Be the first point of contact for parents and students at our Yishun outlet, manage enrolment and scheduling across all three outlets, coordinate monthly billing processes, and ensure each outlet is operationally ready through regular visits.

Job Responsible:

1. Outlet Operations — Yishun (Daily)

• Open and close the outlet; ensure the centre is clean, ready, and well-stocked daily
• Greet and attend to walk-in parents and students, handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Manage student attendance records and update class registers
• Handle trial class bookings, follow-up calls, and enrolment onboarding
• Liaise with teachers on scheduling, class materials, and classroom needs
• Manage the centre's shared WhatsApp number — responding to parent queries from all three outlets in a timely manner

2. Multi-Outlet Coordination (Weekly Visits)

• Visit Hougang/Midtown and Khatib outlets once or twice weekly to conduct operational checks
• Ensure each outlet is operationally ready — supplies, schedules, signage, cleanliness
• Coordinate with part-time staff and teachers at each branch on any operational matters
• Flag and escalate any issues to the founders promptly

3. Enrolment & Scheduling

• Manage student enrolment, withdrawals, and level/class changes across all outlets
• Coordinate makeup class scheduling — matching student requests with available slots and informing all parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the management system

4. Billing & Finance Administration

• Prepare the monthly billing spreadsheet accurately (student fees, adjustments, makeup credits)
• Reconcile incoming payments against invoices in Xero using bank feeds
• Follow up with parents on outstanding payments via WhatsApp in a professional and courteous manner
• Flag overdue accounts to the founders; liaise with our outsourced accountant when required

5. Parent Communication & Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parent enquiries across all channels (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp)
