About Our Client:
Our client is the newly incorporated Singapore subsidiary of a leading Japanese MNC specializing in high-precision ultrapure water systems and advanced water treatment solutions. Headquartered in Japan, the group is a global leader in its field, providing critical engineering infrastructure to high-tech industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and research laboratories.
Currently they are looking to hire an Operations Support Assistant (On-site). This hands-on role involves providing on-site support and maintenance, working closely with the engineering team to ensure the smooth running of Singapore operations and client projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are physically fit, proactive, and motivated by the chance to grow with a new organization. You will play a direct role in the company’s foundation in Singapore, taking on a broad and impactful role within a high-growth engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-site Support: Assist lead engineers in routine maintenance, equipment servicing, and after-sales support tasks.
- Logistics & Preparation: Prepare, transport, and organize necessary tools, spare parts, and materials for site visits.
- Operational Assistance: Perform simple equipment operations and manual tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct basic checks on work progress and equipment status, and report findings to the supervisor.
- Communication: Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, technicians, and sub-contractors.
- Documentation: Assist in simple administrative tasks, such as maintaining service logs and recording site activity.
Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Internal stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks and comfortable working in a field/site environment involving manual labor (handling equipment and materials).
- Prior experience in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.

- Salary Range: SGD $3,000 – $3,500 per month (based on experience)
- Bonuses: AWS and variable performance bonus (Depending on the company and individual performance)
