Key Responsibilities:
· Lead tender preparation, including BOQs, pricing, and tender reports.
· Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.
· Manage risk assessment and tender compliance.
· Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
· Ensure tender submissions are accurate and compliant.
· Develop and mentor junior QS staff in tendering.
Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
· 5-8 years of QS experience in tendering with 2 years in a leading role.
· Strong track record in tender management and winning projects.
· Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and tender management skills.
· Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage.
