About The Role

As an Administrative Assistant/ Officer at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in supporting both owners/ tenants and team. Reporting to the Site Head, you will facilitate the onboarding of new owners/ tenants, coordinate service requests and maintain an organized filing system. What You Will Be Doing

Education and experience requirement.

ITE related in Marine or Diploma in Nautical, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering or Marine related from a local polytechnic.

• Experience onboard vessel will be an advantage.
• Prepare to work at irregular hours as well as on weekends and Public Holidays
• Willing to travel overseas at a short notice.
• Probation will be six months.
