Responsibilities: Provide full range of administration support to the Group to ensure smooth business operation To assist supervise logistic team on daily operation Arrange and coordinate with suppliers on various areas including printing matters, office cleaning, office renovation and relocation, phone system management, office equipment and ad hoc projects Arrange festive hamper delivery for top management Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties as and when requested To handle ad hoc administration projects
Requirements: HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or Diploma Minimum 3-5 years or above experiences in office administration work Flexible, Positive and multi-tasking abilities Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
