The Company My client (a well established life insurance) is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager. They are looking for a candidate with FS or insurance background. The RoleManage and oversee daily AR and AP operations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.Monitor cash flow and assist in treasury management to optimize liquidity and financial stability.Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR, AP, and treasury activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
