Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the execution of the organization's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business goals.

• Manages a team of Senior Finance Managers carrying out the financial management and control processes.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Finance related field preferred.

• Preferably post-graduate degree with extensive experience in a financial management capacity beneficial.

Required experience:

• Significant financial leadership experience in a related environment, managing people, processes and budgets to achieve corporate and divisional objectives.

• Significant demonstrable experience with and understanding of the deliverables of a financial function.

• Significant strategic planning experience.

• Significant in depth knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs, combined with strong understanding of business process.

• Significant experience managing finance operations on a global scale, including knowledge of international taxation, foreign exchange, and regulatory compliance in multiple regions.
  Extensive experience in specializing in financial perspective to drive business performance and business operational standardization.

  Extensive experience in working in Global MNC and/or High-Tech Industry
