• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and related documentation

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and clients
• Monitor project progress to ensure smooth execution and completion

• Liaise with designers, suppliers, contractors, and operations teams
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated

Business Support

• Support business development and identify potential opportunities within existing accounts
• Assist in tender submissions and project proposals

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in account servicing, project coordination, sales support, or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognised certification; ie ACSM, NCSF, ACE, NASM, or any similar accredited program
• Minimum 2–3 years of personal training experience, with some experience mentoring or guiding junior staff
• Willing to continuously learn and expand their knowledge in the field of fitness and exercise science
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Tasks:

• Develop personalised fitness programs that cater to each client's unique goals, needs, and health conditions, ensuring a tailored approach to their fitness journey
• Closely monitor client progress, provide motivation and encouragement to keep them committed and on track to achieving their fitness goals
• Educate on proper form to prevent injury and promote effective workouts
• Support and mentor junior trainers, providing guidance on programming, client handling, and professional development
• Assist in day-to-day team coordination, including scheduling and session quality, while remaining primarily client-facing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment for everyone
