This is a newly created role with a manufacturing firm that has an extensive regional presence. Reporting to and supporting the Legal Director, you will gain broad exposure across general corporate matters, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Responsibilities

You will play an active role in reviewing and managing a range of contract templates, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts, escalating matters to the Legal Director where necessary. Requirements

A Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline will be preferred.
