TANGGUNGJAWAB / PIHAK BERKUASA:

Tugas utama

1. Sebagai wakil Pengawal Teknikal yang bertanggungjawab untuk Perancangan Projek dari segi acuan, jentera dan tenaga kerja;
2. Rancang pemasangan acuan di barisan pengeluaran bagi memastikan ruang pengeluaran memenuhi jumlah sasaran harian/bulanan;
3. Berhubung dengan pasukan reka bentuk untuk kelulusan lukisan bengkel;
4. Mentafsir lukisan dan menyelesaikan percanggahan dengan pasukan Reka Bentuk;
5. Mengeluarkan jadual perancangan harian kepada Kerani Am untuk dimuat naik ke dalam sistem ERP dan dikeluarkan kepada Pasukan Pengeluaran;
6. Mengatur/membeli bahan untuk pengeluaran komponen pratuang;
7. Merancang jadual pengeluaran dan penghantaran bulanan/mingguan, pesanan bahan, pengaturan tenaga kerja dan mesin;
8. Menyediakan dan menyelenggara semua rekod pengeluaran dan inventori bagi memastikan stok mencukupi mengikut keperluan Projek;
9. Menjalankan pemeriksaan pra-tuang dan pasca-tuang;
10. Menutup dan mengurus laporan ketidakpatuhan (NCR) dan tindakan pembetulan;
11. Menganalisis punca utama isu kualiti dan melaksanakan tindakan pembetulan/pencegahan;
12. Menyiasat dan membetulkan sebarang percanggahan antara stok fizikal dan rekod sistem;
13. Memantau dan memastikan pembaziran bahan berada dalam sasaran;

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES:

Main duties

1. As a Technical Controller’s representative in charged for Project Planning in term of moulds, machinery and manpower;
2. Plan for mould set up in production line to ensure that production bays meet the daily/ monthly targeted volume;
3. Liaise with the design team for shop drawing approvals;
4. Interpret drawings and solving discrepancies with Design team;
5. To issue daily planning schedules to General clerk to be uploaded in ERP system and issue to Production Team;
6. Arrange / purchase of material for production of precast components;
7. Plan monthly/ weekly production and delivery schedule, material ordering, manpower and machinery arrangement;
8. Prepare and maintain all production and inventory records to ensure sufficient buildup of stock as per Project’s requirement;
9. Carry out pre-pour and post-pour inspections;
10. Close and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions;
11. Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions;
12. Investigate and correct any discrepancies between physical stock and system records;
13. Monitor and ensure the materials wastage are within the targets;
14. Attend and solve Client’s complaints;
15. Monthly site visits or as when it is required for defects highlighted by Clients;
16. Brief Production & Mould team on the site defects and submit reports on correction actions take;
17. Attend all EHS walkabout, inspection, meetings and contribute to a safe working condition / environment;
18. Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time;
19. For senior post, he/she should be good in leadership and mentorship.

Veterinarian Doctor – Emergency & Critical Care (“ECC”)

No proper emergency centre can operate without an awesome team. You will be working with Critical Care Specialists and Nurses, as well as collaborating with other teams.

The position will involve conducting examinations, performing surgeries, administering medications and also provide guidance on health, nutrition and general care. Full-time hours will include day and night shifts, weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster. Shifts are mostly 12 hours, allowing more days off per week.
