About the opportunity

Key role of the position is to procure and execute debt financing for projects sponsored by the Company and funds managed by the Company. Debt financings are primarily non-recourse financings secured by infrastructure projects (primarily logistics and data centers) in Japan. Financings include both development project financing and permanent/acquisition loan for income-generating assets. This position reports to Japan country CFO of the Company, with day-to-day supervision by Senior Director of the department. The debt capital market team is currently comprised of 3 staff.

Key Roles:

• Prepare RFP package, deal with Q&A with lender candidates and negotiate terms of financing, working closely with onshore investment team, offshore fund managers and other relevant functions such as construction management, asset management and leasing.
• Evaluate financing proposals, prepare financing recommendations to the Company headquarters and fund managers.
• End-to-end execution role for financing, working with/supported by legal, treasury and asset management teams.

• 借手（不動産会社、アセットマネジメント会社）または貸手（金融機関側）いずれかでの不動産ノンリコース・ファイナンスの実施経験.
• 収益不動産の法務・キャッシュフローモデル・デューデリジェンスに関する基本的な知識。
• 英語:ファイナンス事案についてファンド運営部門（海外）と連携し、また外資系を含む金融機関とファイナンスの取り進めを行える英語力（会話・文書とも。）

• Experience in real estate financing for commercial real estate in Japan with lender, arranger, real estate companies and/or asset management firms. Knowledge in infrastructure assets (logistics, data center and renewable energy) is preferred but not required.
• Basic legal, valuation and cash flow model knowledge in Japanese commercial real estate financing.
• Ability to converse in both Business Level Japanese and English (verbal and written communication.)

The Customer Outcomes Platform Architect is a technical advisory role, responsible for helping our customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes. The Platform Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the technical health of the platform. This is a consultative role focused on guiding ServiceNow, partner, and customer employees on the engagement team to provide a solution on a technical architecture designed for long-term success.

• You will work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.
• Be a technical expert across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members to provide successful customer solutions.
• Provide a variety of knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Develop relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site to understand the role of ServiceNow in their digital transformation vision.
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex goals.

This role focuses on driving new bookings and expansion ARR by aligning Velotic’s industrial software platform to customers’ digital transformation, modernization, and operational excellence initiatives. You will lead complex, multi-year sales cycles involving multiple buying centers (IT, OT, Operations, Engineering, Finance) and orchestrate internal teams and partners to deliver differentiated, value-based solutions.

This is a highly consultative role for sellers who understand industrial environments, thrive in complexity, and excel at building durable executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Ownership & Planning

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and/or named prospects, with full responsibility for revenue, pipeline, and long-term account growth.
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer business priorities, modernization roadmaps, and Velotic’s platform strategy.
• Identify land-and-expand opportunities across connectivity, MES/MOM, analytics, and application enablement.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and operational leaders (CIO, CTO, COO, VP Manufacturing, VP Digital, Plant Leadership).
• Position Velotic as a strategic partner for digital transformation, operational resilience, and industrial modernization.
• Navigate complex buying committees across IT/OT and global organizations.

Complex Deal Leadership

• Lead sophisticated, high-value sales cycles from qualification through close, including business case development, value articulation, and executive alignment.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources (pre-sales, engineering, product, customer success, professional services) to deliver compelling, outcome-oriented solutions.
• Coordinate with global systems integrators, OEMs, and channel partners where appropriate.

Platform & Solution Selling

• Articulate the value of Velotic’s integrated platform in addressing legacy system fragmentation, data silos, and operational inefficiencies.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes such as improved uptime, throughput, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
• Drive adoption of enterprise-wide solutions spanning multiple plants, regions, and use cases.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

• Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline aligned to annual and multi-year targets.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and deal inspection using Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM.
• Maintain disciplined sales hygiene and data-driven deal management.

Revenue Growth & Expansion

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Expand wallet share through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal-driven expansion motions in partnership with Customer Success.
• Identify and execute opportunities for standardization and platform consolidation within large accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Services to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle.
