Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for end‑to‑end monitoring and coordination of all regional order fulfillment gates, starting after customer order entry and continuing through delivery. The role maintains full visibility over all open customer orders within the region and as a neutral regional authority, defines and manages operational priorities across the individual fulfillment gates as required to meet delivery commitments.

The Fulfillment Specialist primarily operates through internal interfaces and serves as the central operational link between Sales, Customer Team, Customer Delivery Managers, and the internal departments involved in the order fulfillment process, including Engineering /Industrialization, Purchasing / Sourcing Specialists, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance. The Fulfillment Specialist ensures that all fulfillment gates provide, maintain, and communicate timely, accurate, and complete order status, milestone, and risk information for customer orders executed within the region. The role retains full ownership for operational prioritization and gate control within the region and is solely accountable for regional execution performance and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end operational responsibility for regional customer orders after order entry
• Monitoring and coordination of the internal gates in the overall order fulfillment process
• Coordination of regional sourcing, purchasing, logistics, quality and warehouse activities including identification and escalation of delivery risks, delays and bottlenecks
• Responsible for setting priorities in the different gates of the regional order fulfillment process as well as requesting corrective measures if necessary to ensure on-time customer delivery dates
• Coordination of orders with cross-location order Fulfillment units
• Monitoring and maintenance of order-relevant dates and data in ERP systems (SAP,EPICOR)
• Ownership of customer On-Time Delivery (together with gate-responsible functions)
• Close coordination and collaboration with Customer Team and/or Delivery Leaders to ensure complete, accurate and descriptive delivery status information including clear reasons for delays and expected delivery dates
• Coordination and follow-up of the tasks defined in MRB/ DMR meeting with the affected departments and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Order Fulfilment, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations, Planning or Project Management
• Solid understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and order-to-cash processes including Experience in monitoring and coordinating of internal process gates within order fulfilment

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. It involves guiding departments and maintaining oversight on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, GDPR, and business ethics. Job Description

The Department of Architecture at NUS invites applications for multiple research positions within an interdisciplinary research project about urban ecosystem services. Successful candidates will join a dynamic and collaborative team engaged in large-scale, externally funded projects addressing pressing urban challenges in Singapore and globally. The research fellow is expected to join at the end of 2026. The position is a one-year appointment and might be renewed up to 3 years based on the performance and career plan of the hired person.

Responsibilities
•    Simulate and evaluate urban biodiversity
•    Conduct field surveys and model calibration
•    Quantify landscape maintenance regimes
•    Contribute to design guidelines and project coordination

Qualifications

•    PhD in Urban Ecology, Landscape Architecture, or related field
•    Experience in biodiversity surveys and ecological modelling
•    Strong analytical and visualization skills
•    Ability to integrate ecological insights into design strategies

Job Description & Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.

- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.

- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.

- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management

What You'll Do

HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end work pass applications and renewals (EP, S Pass, DP LOC) via MOM portal
• Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires — including first-day briefings and documentation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files (digital and physical)
• Support offboarding processes including resignation acknowledgements and exit clearance

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Manage employee claims, allowances, and reimbursements via the HR system
• Maintain accurate records of leave entitlements and balances
• Coordinate with the finance team on payroll-related matters where required
• Administer employee benefits and ensure timely processing of submissions

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure HR practices are aligned with MOM regulations and Employment Act requirements
• Assist in drafting or updating HR policies and employee handbook as needed

Office & Admin

• Manage day-to-day office operations — supplies, vendor coordination, facilities
• Support founders and management with administrative tasks and scheduling

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of HR & admin experience, ideally in a small or boutique firm
• Hands-on experience with MOM work pass applications (EP/S Pass) is a strong plus
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and CPF regulations
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal hand-holding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or payroll tools is a bonus
