Lead TikTok Growth & Creator Operations to build scalable frameworks for content growth, creator management, merchant branding, and operational excellence supporting Singapore and regional expansion.

Responsibilities

Content Growth & Strategy

• Develop and implement TikTok content growth frameworks to increase audience engagement and conversion rates
• Establish traffic acquisition methodologies to drive targeted customer inflows
• Design scalable content systems to support sustained growth and performance improvements

Merchant IP Development

• Create merchant personal branding strategies to enhance market presence

Job Responsibilities

1) Data Platform & Enterprise Architecture Leadership

• Define and execute the APAC data platform architecture strategy, aligned with global priorities and regulatory/local market requirements.
• Architect scalable, secure, future-ready data platforms that support business change and modernization outcomes.
• Integrate and modernize legacy systems and disparate data sources into unified, trusted data ecosystems enabling analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI.

2) Delivery Management & Execution (Architecture-through-Delivery)

• Be accountable for successful delivery of a regional data platform, including day-to-day coordination and delivery oversight.

• Support requirements/backlog prioritization, user stories, and alignment ceremonies (stand-ups, showcases/POCs, SteerCo, working groups).

5) Reliability, Observability, Security & Compliance

• Design for reliability, performance, and availability and ensure platforms meet both user needs and business goals.

• Ensure secure-by-default engineering, including server hardening fundamentals and use of SSL/encryption principles.

6) People & Talent Leadership

• Experience: Minimum 10 years delivering in strong engineering teams, with proven delivery ownership for data/technology initiatives.

• Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex structured financing transactions across the APAC region.
• Design and price bespoke financial solutions incorporating interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit derivatives.

External Managers Department
The External Managers Department seeks to identify and develop relationships with the best breed of global investment managers to benefit GIC at large, and at the same time capturing investment opportunities to outperform our benchmarks.

What impact can you make in this role?
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the Global Markets Team as a Portfolio Manager. The candidate will be part of the investment team which invests in funds run by external managers. Portfolio manager responsibilities include providing thought leadership on portfolio construction, conducting new manager selection and strategy due diligence, as well as structuring and monitoring existing fund investments.
 
While the role will be focused on discretionary macro, fixed income and agency mortgage strategies, the candidate may also get exposure to other strategies including relative value and commodities.

The role will be based in Singapore.

What will you do as a Portfolio Manager?
•Sourcing and performing due diligence on prospective external fund managers, including meeting managers and their teams, conducting reference checks, performing qualitative manager and strategy analysis, and performing quantitative track record analysis
•Monitoring existing investments, including having regular updates with managers, highlighting key matters to the Investment Committee, constantly re-evaluating original investment thesis and making timely recommendations
•Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on portfolios and leading discussions on portfolio innovations including portfolio construction, trade structuring and risk management
•Performing strategy level analysis, including periodic research, portfolio risk analysis, and surfacing macro insights to the team and GIC at large
 
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
