• Bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk menjejaki pesanan sepanjang keseluruhan proses “pertanyaan → sebut harga → penghantaran → kutipan pembayaran.” Urus penyuntingan, pendaftaran, pengemaskinian dan pemfailan semua dokumen dan rekod berkaitan pesanan dengan teliti bagi memastikan aliran kerja perniagaan yang lengkap.
• Mengembara seperti yang diperlukan untuk melawat pemilik projek di rantau ini, mengekalkan hubungan pelanggan yang baik, dan secara aktif mengenal pasti serta memberi respons kepada keperluan pelanggan untuk perkhidmatan selepas jualan dan perolehan alat ganti.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the After-Sales Service Center Marketing Manager in receiving and evaluating customer requirements. Conduct accurate internal inquiries and cost calculations for spare parts, maintenance, and servicing related to waste heat power plants and cement kiln equipment, and prepare efficient and professional commercial quotations.
