• Liaise with applicants and external parties to follow up on submissions and resolve application-related matters
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and events
• Provide logistical and operational support for meetings, training programmes, and departmental initiatives
• Support user acceptance testing and system-related administrative activities
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
• Handle general administrative duties and provide support to the team on various projects and assignments

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in healthcare administration and operations
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and handling administrative processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Training will be provided for successful candidates
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
• Able to commence work within a short notice period will be advantageous
