Work Arrangement

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time (Regular day): 12.30pm-4.30pm / 1.30pm-6.45pm
• Time (MOE holidays): 7am - 7pm (shifts available)
• Location: Thomson Plaza / Bukit Timah Plaza
• Commitment: Minimum 4 days a week, minimum of 6 months

Job Description

• Supervise students with their daily routines, including meal time, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities
• Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside of their school hours
• Assist the main teacher with classroom management
• Assist in organising and delivery of holistic programmes (both indoor and outdoor)
• Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students
• Accompany children home on the school bus after school
• Other adhoc duties as required

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in any discipline
• Able to coach primary school subjects adequately
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine interest towards guiding and nurturing children
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in student care and/or enrichment setting would be an advantage

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, eye-for-detail and hardworking person who can hit the ground running, ensuring the smooth operation of fulfilling orders. Your role is to support Minifiglabs by taking care of the printing and assembly of LEGO® parts. You will also take charge of the daily printer maintenance.

What A Day Looks Like @ Minifiglabs:

• Setting up the printer
• Maintaining a neat and clean Workspace
• Understand the parts and production requirements of a project
• Inventory management
• Receive artwork from designer and preparing it ready for print (Optional)
• Printing of LEGO® elements
• Updating of Production Log
• Assembling and Packing of parts for shipping
• We do our best to avoid OT-ing unless necessary. When OT is required, it is accounted for and compensated either with time-off or OT salary depending on your profile/contract

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) / study protocols as performer or witnessed by (depending on assignment) against approved URS and risk assessments. 

• Complete the executed test package with summary report.

• Lead or support risk assessments and impact assessments where applicable.

• Initiate change control process for any modifications affecting validated state.

• Plan, manage and coordinate activities with other functions including equipment suppliers, Engineering, Manufacturing, QC, QA, and Automation/IT.

• Track the CQV deliverables and ensure adherence to schedule from project to operation readiness.

• Ensure traceability across lifecycle documents

• Lead or support resolution of variation / deviation investigation in a timely and compliant manner.

• Support administrative, periodic review and document revision related work.

About You:

• At least bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering or Science discipline.

• Candidate should have at least one year of hands-on CQV experience in the equipment qualification for example autoclave. 

• Working experience in supporting smoke study and / or aseptic process simulation is preferable. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong time management, communication and collaboration skills. 

• Candidate with experience in regulatory inspection by FDA / EMA will have added advantage. 

• Strong understanding in Data Integrity requirement (ALCOA+ principles) and Good Documentation Practice.

Facilities Assistant

Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse

To assist in the daily operations and upkeep of the Club’s facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and functional environment for staff, members and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the day-to-day upkeeping, functionality of facilities of the Club

• Assist with the setting up and dismantling of furniture and equipment for events, functions and meetings

• Manage and operate sound system, when required

• Perform regular checks and inspections on facilities and report any faults or hazards

• Escorting contractors or service providers for maintenance or repair works

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedure at all times

• Assist in deliveries, movement of items and perform basic inventory control

• Perform simple handyman and maintenance tasks

• Support other administrative or operational duties as assigned by Clubhouse Manager

We want you, if you have/are:

• Minimum PSLE

• Basic handyman and maintenance experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an added advantage

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to perform and carry manual tasks (eg. Movement of heavy item).

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Working hours: 7am to 3pm, 2pm to 10pm
