Manage operational workflows, resolve on-site issues, and optimize processes to meet KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales) to align with business objectives

Prepare daily/weekly reports, track team performance, and implement improvement initiatives

Train new team members on job procedures, systems, and service standards

Handle customer/stakeholder inquiries and escalations in a professional manner

Maintain a safe, productive, and positive working environment for the team

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Minimum [3–5] years of relevant working experience in a supervisory/team lead role in [industry, e.g., F&B, Retail, Logistics, Admin, Services]

Proven track record in team management, operational oversight, and process improvement

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in English (written & spoken)

Familiarity with Singapore workplace regulations and employment practices

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic operational software

Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/shift work if required)

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our team based in Singapore. This role suits someone who enjoys hands on development, understands the full web lifecycle, and takes pride in delivering high quality, production ready solutions.

Role Expectations

• Research, analyse, and evaluate requirements for existing and new web and mobile applications
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile solutions to meet functional and technical requirements
• Write, review, and optimise code to ensure it is well structured, secure, maintainable, and aligned with industry standards
• Ensure applications are compatible across browsers, devices, and platforms
• Develop and maintain website infrastructure, including integrations with other systems and applications
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of web applications
• Continuously improve performance, reliability, and user experience of delivered solutions

• Proven experience developing and maintaining production grade web applications
• Strong programming skills in modern web technologies and frameworks
• Solid understanding of web architecture, system design principles, and software development best practices
• Experience working with databases and data driven applications
