Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Engineers and PM on the progress of the project.
• Assist in QAQC inspection
• Ensure the safety on the area that you are in charge with assistance from the safety department.
• Supervise the subcontractor work to make sure that the method and material use is approved.
• Attend progress meeting, coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
• Site work inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate for all submission.
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronic & Electrical Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in electrical / electronic related industry.

Responsibilities

·       Lead and execute equipment and process validation activities, including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.

·       Develop, review, and maintain validation protocols and reports, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.

·       Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment, cleanroom systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure.

·       Ensure high equipment availability and reliability, with strict adherence to calibration and maintenance schedules.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues in a timely manner, ensuring operations remain within defined specifications and regulatory requirements.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, process efficiency, reliability, and overall uptime.

·       Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance records, ensuring compliance with document control and data integrity requirements.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.

·       Hands-on experience in equipment and process validation, as well as equipment and facility maintenance.

·       Experience with process water systems, solution mixing and preparation systems, and cleanroom utilities (including HVAC) is an added advantage.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

·       Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

· Design and coordinate assigned Civil and Structural projects.

· Perform structural analysis and design in building or on anystructures as required by the project.

· Liaise with clients & consultants to meet C&Srequirements.

· Manage and Coordinate to ensure civil and structuralrequirements meet project tender, submission and construction schedule.

Requirements:

· Good degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognizedUniversity

· Preferably 4-5 years working experience in Civil &Structural Consultancy Firm

· Conversant with Building Control Acts & Regulations,Singapore Codes of Practice, Eurocodes and structural programs such as STAAD,TEKLA, ETABS, RAPT, etc
