ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with deep equities technology expertise to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programmes across our client in Singapore. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for a self-starter who can drive delivery from initiation through to go-live with minimal supervision, working across front-office trading systems, market data infrastructure, order management and cash management platforms.
You will serve as the primary technical delivery interface — owning end-to-end programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Delivery Leadership
● Own end-to-end delivery of equities technology programmes across front office, market data, OMS and cash management workstreams
● Define and manage delivery roadmaps, project plans, resource models andbudget forecasts

The Cloudflare Technical Support organization is the front line for our customers and developers, solving complex technical problems and answering questions across email, chat, phone, and other channels. We support everyone from individual developers building their first application to large enterprises running mission-critical workloads at global scale.

The Developer Platform Support team is a newly formed, specialized function focused on supporting Cloudflare’s developer-facing products and platforms. About the Role

As Manager, Technical Support – Developer Platform, you will build, lead, and scale a team of highly technical Support Engineers who support Cloudflare’s developer ecosystem. Test Management
a. Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results.
b. Work with GIS to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan.

Implementation Management
a. Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams.
b. Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure production cutover and adequate post-implementation support.

It oversees troubleshooting, maintenance strategies, and ride enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards while partnering with OEMs and technical teams to maintain optimal operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering validation, reliability centered maintenance analysis & configuration control of all amusement rides/show equipment

• Lead installation, key troubleshooting efforts and reliability improvements of amusement ride and show equipment, including mechanical components, structures, pneumatics, hydraulics, gas, etc

• Oversee major ride enhancement projects. From scope development to final approvals. Project Management experience will be an advantage.

• Support in development of effective maintenance regime to ensure the safety and reliability of ride and show attractions in the theme park.

• Responsible for testing of rides and shows to ensure compliance with requirements of local and overseas regulatory bodies.

• Prepare engineering reports and engineering drawings through use of CAD software (AutoCad/Solidworks) and mechanical analysis for effective evaluation of ride’s safety & reliability

• Main point of contact with OEMs for Safety & Reliability of Ride and Show

• Perform critical inspection and condition survey tasks to supplement routine scheduled inspections (by others)

• Support Engineering Change Process and Review of Service bulletins.

• Understand amusement ride safety regulations set by Building and Construction Authority (BCA)

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Oil & Gas industry

Required Skills

• Proficiency in engineering analysis and use of 3D CAD tools - Autocad/Solidworks

• Prior experience of fabrication, machining and welding is an advantage

• Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays
