The primary focus of this role is to liaise extensively with customers and all internal/external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution, successful completion, and smooth transition of complex technical projects from the sales pipeline into production and final delivery.

Responsibilities

· Customer Relationship Management & Sales

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial and project-related inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into project requirements.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their satisfaction
• Drive the sales process, including lead generation, discovery, technical presentations, proposal creation, and contract negotiation for projects involving custom automation and laser systems.
