Position Overview

EOS Innovation Singapore is seeking software engineers across a range of experience levels to support the development of advanced defence products. These are hands-on engineering roles embedded within multidisciplinary teams of mechanical, electronic, optical and systems engineers. Primary Duties

This role contributes to the design, development, integration, verification and support of software used in complex defence systems. Engineers in this position will work across activities such as equipment interfacing, control and automation, algorithm implementation, user interfaces, test support and system integration. More experienced candidates will be expected to provide technical leadership, guide software design decisions, mentor less experienced engineers and help shape robust engineering practices. Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, test, integrate and maintain software for advanced defence products, ranging from equipment interfacing and control functions to data processing, automation and user-facing applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
• Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise facilities maintenance and M&E works to ensure efficient building operations. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities maintenance work services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards
• Manage building, facilities, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works to optimize facilities performance and reliability
• Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance activities to meet project timelines and quality requirements
• Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and facilities teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
• Participate in M&E-related meetings and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and project tracking
• Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works to align with project objectives
• Schedule, monitor, and supervise the progress of works to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications
• Prepare and follow up on client inquiries and quotations to support business development and client satisfaction
• Adhere to company internal work processes and maintain accurate documentation for operational transparency
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by upholding high-quality service standards and responsiveness

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Facilities maintenance operations experience with at least 3 years in a relevant role

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5.5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Design and review mechanical layouts for warehouse automation systems using AutoCAD
• Integrate AGV, AMR, and shuttle systems within warehouse infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in automation equipment (e.g., AGVs, conveyors, AMRs)
• Support on-site installation, commissioning, and system testing
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Supervise small teams or subcontractors and provide technical guidance
• Travel as required for site inspections, installations, and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, sensors, and actuators.
• Exposure to PLC or automation systems is an added advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge in automation and control systems, electrical schematics, system integration, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership or small team management.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Open to travel and site-based work when required.
