The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including supporting inventory, maintaining stock levels, support projects preparation and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and support our overall business goals.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Inventory Support:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of broadcast equipment and materials, maintaining outstanding store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support inventory process to ensure stock is always available when needed.
• Coordinate with Operations team to reorder items as necessary.
• Work closely with Engineering, equipment allocation and Logistic team to document and implement proper inventory tracking procedures and optimize inventory accuracy.
• Support purchase requisitions for the regular consumables in Warehouse and for projects and make sure optimal quantity is ordered. Notify Engineering Team on expected delivery timelines

Operations Oversight:

• Ensure the smooth flow of equipment from receiving to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics.
• Assist with loading/unloading, sorting, and preparing equipment for distribution or return.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure all Warehouse (i.e. forklift, stackers) equipment is functioning right, stored properly and is in safe position.
• Assist Engineers with routine checks and minor maintenance of broadcast equipment as required.
• Administer and identify any missing (if any) inventory or equipment(s) that is broken, requires repair and investigate and record reasons and report to the GM and Management.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist operations in preparing regular reports for senior management on stock levels, equipment movements, and operational performance.
• Audit internal locations and reconcile regularly home locations in the database, inspect discrepancies, and coordinate with Engineering Manager to rectify these.

Qualification / Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse, operations, or inventory control.
• Experience in the broadcast or media industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and general warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overtime if needed.

• Drafting and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence accurately and promptly, while liaising with bankers, clients, agents, and business partners
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Business Development team and lawyers
• Managing and coordinating lawyers’ calendars and meeting schedules efficiently
• Tracking and updating daily file counts, weekly referrals, and case progress, including status reporting
• Conducting relevant legal searches
• Opening, retrieving, and archiving files systematically
• Assisting with other ad hoc duties as assigned
