The Job

The Store Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks store. Store Assistants are the pillars of our logistics stores and perform an essential role. Their primary responsibility is the performance of general store duties .

·        You’ll perform general store duties, e.g. receiving, picking, packing of outgoing shipment.

·        You’ll verify all goods that arrive are as per the agreed purchase – delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

·        You’ll ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels.

·        You’ll perform overall inventory management.

·        The movement of parts

·        You’ll ensure cleanliness of all areas with strict compliance with safety regulations.

·        Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

We are a start-up semiconductor equipment company with headquarter in Singapore, looking for a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer Singapore and travel to US when required. This person will have the opportunity to design and test mechanical components and submodules of new semiconductor manufacturing equipment. At this role, you will partner with senior engineers from brainstorming, concept and feasibility study, 3D modeling to part prototyping. You will also be frequently interfacing with suppliers to ensure smooth manufacturing of the parts.

Job functions:

The ideal candidate shall be able to perform the following:

·        Translate concept to practical design with minimal guidance

·        3D modeling of complex parts and assemblies using one of the commercial software

·        Create detailed drawing from 3D models with minimum errors, apply GD&T

·        Good knowledge in materials property (especially metal and ceramic)

·        Define, perform engineering test for design validation

·        Collect and analyze complex data and make informed decisions

·        Own and document engineering changes, perform version controls

·        Partner with Materials program manager to source parts, oversee part assembly

·        Communicate with suppliers to solve manufacturing problems

·        Perform root cause analysis and FMECA, provide and execute improvement plans

·        Create and present documents, reports to colleagues and external stakeholders

Job Qualifications:

·        BS is minimum, Master is preferred, in the area of Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Physical Science or related field of study

·        3-5 years of direct experience in mechanical design, 3D modeling, hands-on experience of performing engineering test (mechanical, electrical, flow, or thermal)

·        Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus

·        Ability to navigate a dynamic and at times ambiguous environment that requires frequent multitasking, prioritization, and a proactive mentality

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal partners, team members, and suppliers

·        Self-starting individual, with ability to take initiative and work independently

·        Proven relationship management skills, including to navigate the organization and influence decisions

· To make drink beverages as per requested by customers

· To help to cover cashier duties when the cashier is having meal or not at the counter (e.g. collecting of drink payments)

· To help in the washing of the cups and spoons, etc.

· To prepare sufficient milk sweetener, whitener and other food items for the next shift

· To ensure that the drink station is in a clean and tidy condition at all times

· To ensure the ice making machine in a clean condition and to clean the filter once a month.

· To prepare Tea O for making of Homemade Lemon Tea

· To prepare barley

· To do a check and ensure that the gas stove in all food stall are closed (Afternoon Shift)

· To do any other work related job duties when assigned by the superior

Job Description

* To verify & execute renewable fuel, crude oil and petroleum products trade instructions accurately to ensure seamless settlement and reduce operational risks.

* To perform physical delivery operations of renewable fuel, crude oil and petroleum products.

* To analyze trading exposures and profit/loss.

* To support business development.

* To generate external and internal trade reports in both English and Japanese.

* More than 3 years of renewable fuel & petroleum trading/operations/risk analysis experience.
