What you’ll do

As a Staff Engineer on the Risk Platform, you will be a senior technical leader and hands-on builder. You’ll own critical parts of our real-time detection platform and client-facing risk and fraud management products, setting the technical direction and raising the engineering bar while working closely with your manager and cross-functional partners.

You will:

• Lead the technical direction of core risk services, including real-time detection, decision engines, and risk tooling, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient under high throughput and low-latency constraints.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but not strictly required.

• 7+ years of back-end engineering experience, including substantial time owning and operating complex, distributed systems in production.

The Role

Who You Are

• Strong technical background, prior experience in leading project delivery related to of large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems on the Cloud. Windows on Arm Validation technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing computer hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, testing and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in computer hardware and software.

This position has a 24 months contract term, and will be annually reviewed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support WOA Validation Engineering team for testing and validation
• Perform basic computer setup and maintenance, including computer disassembly and assembly, WOA installation and driver installation/upgrade, BIOS flash/upgrade
• Run testing and perform issue troubleshooting and reporting
• Conduct reported issue reproduction and validation, collect and analyse test logs, generic triage & debug
• Complete all test requests on time and communicate revised schedules as necessary
• Utilize software tools such as bug tracking tools, databases, and others as required
• Submit bugs into tracking tools and accurately classify severity levels
• Perform ad-hoc testing on new software and firmware components and assist in developing test plans
