• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights
• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with media agency to deliver against the sales goals
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment and support for campaign objectives and lead generation
• Manage allocated marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities

Ideal Skills/ experiences: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven 3-5 years experience in performance marketing, preferably within the SMB sector or within a media agency
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
• Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement
