您將與銷售、營運和外部合作夥伴（包括銀行）密切合作，以確保申請、文件和請求得到準確及時的處理。

主要職責：

商家入駐及文件支持

• 準備、處理和驗證商家申請（支付終端、CMS、經銷商、通路夥伴）。
• 在提交給收購銀行或內部團隊之前，請收集並檢查文件的準確性和完整性。
• 追蹤申請狀態並跟進未完成事項，必要時向上級報告。
• 協助線上商家進行帳戶設定並更新系統記錄。
• 維護有條理的記錄，包括合約、ID、提交日期和狀態，並在追蹤表/系統中記錄。

內部與外部協調

• 與內部團隊（營運、支援、銷售、財務、合規、信貸、詐欺、技術）聯絡，推進商戶入駐和營運請求。
• 必要時，透過電子郵件與內部團隊和外部合作夥伴進行清晰、專業的溝通。
• 與銀行合作夥伴協調銷售單據和文件提交事宜，包括線上和線下提交。

售後支援

• 開啟和管理服務請求單（終止、服務、維護）。
• 監控工單進度並與相關團隊跟進，以確保及時解決問題。
• 在適用情況下執行線上維護任務。

文件和追蹤

• 準備並向銀行提交所需文件。
• 在追蹤電子表格中維護準確的記錄，包括提交日期、狀態更新和完成時間表。
• 更新系統中的商家和經銷商記錄，包括建立新的經銷商代碼。

系統和流程維護

• 執行與商家記錄相關的維護任務。
• 確保所有操作均符合內部標準作業規程和審計要求。

銷售支援與商家聯絡

• 處理經銷商的諮詢，並將問題轉交給對應的團隊。
• 向經銷商提供有關狀態和後續步驟的資訊。

資格：

• 最低學歷要求為SPM（馬來西亞教育文憑）。
• 應屆畢業生或具有 0-2 年行政、營運或銷售支援經驗的候選人。
• 有銷售支援或行政工作經驗者優先，尤其是在金融服務或支付行業。
• 熟練使用微軟辦公軟體（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
• 較強的組織能力、多任務處理能力及溝通能力。
• 積極主動，能夠獨立工作或作為團隊成員合作。
