1. Job Purpose:

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership field engineering role. You will be responsible for getting our solutions deployed, running, and staying running at customer sites worldwide. That means you are comfortable with a screwdriver and a terminal in equal measure.

You will lead and execute physical installations — coordinating structure fabrication with contractors, mounting hardware, cabling networks — and then bring the full software stack live: configuring nodes, standing up containers, validating network routing, onboarding users, and ensuring the system goes live flawlessly.
