• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Project Risk Management, Technology Risk, Quality Management, Compliance, or Governance functions.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee corporate office fit-out projects and building reinstatement works. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from planning and design coordination through to execution and handover—ensuring all deliverables meet functional requirements, regulatory standards, timelines, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Office Fit-Out Projects

• Plan and manage office fit-out works across design, procurement, and construction phases

• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver functional and efficient workplace environments

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building regulations

• Monitor project budgets, track costs, assess variations, and implement cost control measures

Building Reinstatement Projects

• Lead reinstatement works to restore premises to original or specified conditions as required by statutory agencies or lease agreements

• Oversee demolition, make-good works, and restoration activities

• Liaise with property managers, statutory bodies, and contractors to ensure smooth project handover

• Manage timelines, costs, safety, and quality standards throughout reinstatement works

General Project Management

• Act as the main liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams across all phases

• Provide timely progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations

• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies

• Oversee contract administration, including variations and documentation

• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline

• 3–5 years of experience in office fit-out and reinstatement projects

• Experience with government procurement processes preferred

• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and reinstatement works

• Proven track record in successful project delivery

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Familiarity with Singapore codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures (e.g., Corenet X)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and offices

The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical operational activities, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Overall responsible for all permanent and temporary works design and design optimization by managing the appointed consultant to ensure that project is delivered within budget
• Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client and authorities for design matters and submission.
• Oversee the shop drawings submission and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress
• Coordinate and support the construction and other departments within the project to fulfil design requirement
• Resolve all technical queries and submit/raise Request for Approval / Information (RFA/I) to concern parties to clarify any ambiguous design details
• Review technical specifications and proposals submitted by Consultants / Subcontractors / Suppliers and produce procurement specifications
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place
