The Manager/Assistant Senior Manager plays a key role in managing experiential learning courses within the MBA curriculum, including Launch Your Transformation and the MBA Consulting Project, while driving corporate outreach to source high-quality, real-world projects for students. About the role:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join a talented, distributed Growth Marketing team across Europe and Asia, looking after ASO, Performance Marketing, and CRM. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will own the execution of our paid acquisition program across global markets — managing campaigns, measurement infrastructure, and experimentation. This role sits within a structured capital allocation framework - you’re expected to understand and contribute to market-level unit economics (payback windows, LTV/CAC, ROAS by market) that determines where we invest, not just how individual campaigns perform. • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms — driving efficient user growth across global markets
• Own market-level unit economics reporting — tracking 1Y ROAS, payback period, and LTV/CAC — and translate insights into concrete optimization decisions
• Manage our MMP setup (Appsflyer or equivalent) and partner with Data Science on attribution models, including SKAdNetwork and multi-touch attribution

The Role
