About the Role

Looking for a HR professional with a talent development background who wants to apply their expertise beyond the traditional HR function. You will take ownership of talent pipeline development, scholar career development, and community engagement.

What You Will Do

Talent Pipeline & Scholarship Operations

• Support end-to-end scholarship cycle operations — attraction, selection, onboarding, and ongoing scholar management
• Apply talent assessment and selection expertise to ensure high-calibre candidates are identified and properly onboarded
• Track programme outcomes, development milestones, and budget utilisation

Scholar Career Development

• Design and support career development touchpoints for scholarship recipients — mentoring frameworks, development plans, and career advisory
• Curate learning and growth opportunities that align with scholars' career aspirations and organisational needs
• Build and nurture a strong alumni and scholar community through structured engagement initiatives

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams, industry partners, and outsourced vendors on talent programme delivery
• Support marketing, communications, and event management efforts tied to talent and diversity initiatives
• Provide programme administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience on talent management, talent development, graduate programmes, or learning & development
• Prior exposure to scholarship management, graduate hiring, or early-careers programmes is a strong plus

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior/Executive, Human Resources (Training &Development) to support the organisation’s people development and learning culture efforts. This role will be responsible for training and development initiatives, and workplace shaping.

Working days: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Labrador Park MRT

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including mandatory training, and developmental courses.
• Facilitate training and development programs to support team growth and leadership capability
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers, and training providers to schedule and manage training activities.
• Track training attendance, completion, and training records.
• Support training grants administration (e.g., SSG, SkillsFuture, WSQ), where applicable.
• Prepare training evaluation reports and maintain learning documentation.
• Support the rollout of learning initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Culture & Engagement, driving employee experience through feedback surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Ad-hoc HR project

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to training and development.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong planning, coordinating, organisational, and time management skills.
