The Medical Advisor primary responsibility is to oversee the design, implementation and conduct of some clinical studies for Moleac’s products. The responsibility may include local or international clinical trials for new registrations, new indications or line extensions for new or existing products.

It is expected that the Medical Advisor, in collaboration with academic experts and KOLs will contribute medical and scientific expertise needed to support state of the art development of Moleac’ products.

2. Responsibilities include to assist and provide input and collaborate with the marketing team in:

• a. Reviewing of different collaterals and communication support;
• b. Providing support for marketing events, presentations, scientific activities, and collaborations with speakers;
• c. Providing support in field intelligence and evaluation of data/publications to substantiate, update and improve the content of promotional messages and materials; and

• b. Preparation of the response, follow-up to obtain additional clarifications, ensuring quick turnaround, and submitting the response for internal approval.
• c. Responsible for consistency and quality of the response: creating, maintaining, and updating of standard product response messages, medical information requests and responses.
• d. Pharmacovigilance
• e. Advising on the need to report the case as an AE.
• i. Gathering, evaluation, medical assessments and follow-up of adverse drug reaction events reported and of possible product complaints;
• ii. Review, monitor and track adverse drug reaction events reported for all products.

4. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving publications, implementation and support of registry studies and other observational or real-world studies.

5. In addition, the Medical Advisor (Clinical Development), as part of the Medical Department Team, may be assigned to supporting Regulatory Affairs and Marketing teams as needed and in a timely manner, for specific projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clinical Trials under Moleac Drug Development Program (50%)

• Develops study concept, synopsis, full protocol, Investigator’s Brochure (IB), Informed Consent Form (ICF) and periodic safety report. Contributes medical expertise to CRF development, monitoring, data-management (DMP)and statistical analysis (SAP) plans
• Serves as Moleac liaison with KOLs, academic groups, advisory boards, investigators, etc. for study-related scientific and medical topics

• Attends and/or presents at Kick-off meetings, Investigator’s Meeting, weekly team meetings, and vendor meetings, as needed or requested

• Be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to respond to urgent protocol related issues at the investigative sites.

2. Additional responsibilities within Medical Affairs (35%)
As needed, and depending on workload, the incumbent will be assigned to contribute to some of the other activities pertaining to the Medical Affairs Department, and specifically:

• Provides in-depth perspective and support for existing and new registry platform. Ensures quality of data collection, produce reports from the registry in order to make presentations, publications, posters and promotional material
• Oversees and leads peer-reviewed publications activities at the level of an asset, ensuring robust planning and delivery as per marketing and commercial needs. • Providing support in field intelligence and evaluation of data/publications to substantiate, update and improve the content of promotional messages and materials; and

o Assist Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance team in:

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university, with accreditation as a Registered Resident Engineer with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).

Project Overview

The DiSTAP programme addresses deep problems in food production in Singapore and the world by developing a suite of impactful and novel analytical, genetic and biosynthetic technologies. Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure across AIX, Linux, VMware, AWS, and database environments. The role will involve server administration, cloud infrastructure support, virtualization management, system monitoring, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of infrastructure-related issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, performance, and reliability across on-premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer AIX and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, migration, and maintenance.

Support enterprise server environments running on IBM AIX, RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and related platforms.

Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter environments, including VM creation, cloning, templates, snapshots, vMotion, HA, and resource configuration.

Perform daily server health checks, monitoring of CPU, memory, disk, network, and system performance.

Troubleshoot server, operating system, network, hardware, and virtualization-related issues within agreed SLA timelines.

Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, file systems, security settings, and access controls.

Configure and manage LVM, NFS, Samba, LDAP, cron jobs, Apache, and other Linux/AIX services.

Perform backup, restore, disaster recovery, root password recovery, boot issue troubleshooting, and disk replacement activities.

Administer IBM Power Systems, including HMC, LPAR, DLPAR, VIO Server, SEA, MPIO, and NIM configuration.

Support AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, Route 53, EFS, security groups, Auto Scaling, and Load Balancers.

Create and manage AWS accounts, IAM access, EC2 instances, storage volumes, snapshots, backups, and cloud monitoring alerts.

Implement AWS security best practices using IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, AWS Shield, and related services.

Support cloud migration, cost optimization, automation, and high-availability cloud infrastructure.

Install, configure, and administer MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB in Linux environments.

Manage database users, schemas, backup jobs, replication, alerts, slow query settings, and database troubleshooting.

Support SAN storage administration, including LUN creation, expansion, mapping to ESXi, and health monitoring.

Use monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Cacti, and LPAR2RRD to track infrastructure health and performance.

Create scripts using Shell scripting, Bash, Korn shell, and Ansible playbooks to automate routine administration tasks.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and support engineers for issue resolution, system maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure support, or related IT operations role.

Strong hands-on experience in AIX and Linux system administration.

Experience with Linux distributions such as RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu.

Good knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter, VM templates, cloning, snapshots, vMotion, and HA.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, Route 53, EFS, Load Balancers, and Auto Scaling.

Experience in server build, migration, upgrade, patching, monitoring, backup, and recovery.

Knowledge of IBM Power Systems, including HMC, LPAR, DLPAR, VIO, SEA, MPIO, and NIM will be advantageous.

Experience in MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB administration.

Knowledge of SAN storage, LUN mapping, ESXi storage connectivity, and storage health monitoring.

Familiar with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Cacti, or LPAR2RRD.

Able to troubleshoot hardware, OS, network, storage, database, cloud, and virtualization issues.

Experience with automation tools such as Shell scripting and Ansible.

Good understanding of IT security, access control, backup strategy, disaster recovery, and system performance tuning.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Professional certifications such as IBM Certified System p Administrator AIX, ITIL, AWS, Linux, or VMware certifications will be an advantage.
