Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-concurrency, high-availability backend systems
• Lead system architecture design and technical solutioning
• Build and optimize distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Develop and enhance middleware solutions (Kafka, RocketMQ, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Conduct stress testing and system performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience in Java backend development

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in:Java, Spring Boot, MyBatisDistributed systems & microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with:Kafka, RocketMQ, Zookeeper, RedisMySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
